We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to lead the quality engineering transformation for a leading financial services organization. This is a strategic role that will shape the future of testing across a complex Salesforce-centric ecosystem, driving the evolution from current state to a modern, automated, and data-driven quality engineering practice.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce testing, low-code automation platforms, and financial services quality assurance to design and implement an enterprise-wide testing strategy that balances technical excellence with practical adoption across diverse engineering communities.
What You'll Do
• Architect enterprise testing strategy across Salesforce ecosystem with MuleSoft integration layer
• Design end-to-end automation frameworks covering Salesforce, APIs, mobile (iOS/Android), and integration orchestration
• Establish API testing standards building on existing Postman adoption and MuleSoft architecture
• Create unified testing analytics for cross-project visibility and release readiness
• Build CI/CD quality gates and automated deployment validation
• Enable diverse teams (no-code, low-code, pro-code practitioners) through training and best practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years in quality engineering and senior QA roles
• Experience with Salesforce testing (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC preferred)
• Exposure to modern AI driven low-code automation platforms
• Strong API testing background (Postman, REST Assured, API orchestration)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test architecture at scale
• Knowledge of Git Flow, test data management, and compliance-driven testing
Highly Valued
• MuleSoft experience (testing APIs, integration flows, Exchange)
• Azure DevOps, JIRA, enterprise ALM tools
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder)
• AI-powered testing tools experience (such as Copado, Testim, Tosca, AccelQ, etc)
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking with understanding of regulatory requirements
• Agile/SAFe scaled testing practices
