Lead Product Manager- Technical -Customer Test Case Management
Overview
The Mastercard Settings team is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving for our customer test cases. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Mastercard payment transactions and interpreting requirements to create quality test scenarios for customers. Candidate should have knowledge of the Dual Message Authorization and Clearing as well as Single Message Debit Financial platform for customer testing.
Role
• As a test case creator, you should be able to analyze Release Announcements.
• Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders.
• Estimate and own delivery tasks (test case creation, test case documentation reviews, project planning) to meet timelines.
• Drive design/process discussions within the team when required.
• Report status and manage risks.
• Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience.
• Perform demos/acceptance discussions in interacting with Product owners.
• Participate in peer reviews.
• Mentor and guide new and less-experienced team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve an overall process and trim waste.
• Share and seek knowledge within the Guild/Program to drive and enhance productivity.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Proven experience with various payments messages (ISO 8583/20022)
• Mastercard customer online message testing experience and/or experience at customer/processor testing Mastercard online messages.
• Good knowledge of Mastercard products and services.
• Very detail minded and analytical.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $130,000 - $221,000 USD
