The Role

Our Technology team is growing! We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who has previously shipped at scale comparison websites. If you’ve built comparison tools, personalisation engines, content experiences, or lead-gen flows that drive real revenue, this is your chance to do it at an even greater scale!

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of the Qi Platform strategy that powers our capabilities to deliver this vision. Turning the vision into a roadmap, and execution plan. You’ll work hand in hand with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data, Engineering & other Product teams to discover their needs and build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translates high-level company vision into an actionable Product Roadmap and execution plan.

• Conducts deep discovery to understand problems to solve, risks and assumptions that frame business cases for initiatives that align to company vision

• Embed deeply in commercial, marketing, operations, and other teams. Build strong relationships, empathize with users, and co-create solutions. Provide clear communication on roadmaps, priorities, and results.

• Act as joint partner with engineering leadership and teams in the full product lifecycle — discovery, solution validation, technical feasibility, and successful delivery.

• Foster empowered product trios (PM + design + tech/eng lead) to resolve risks, iterate quickly, and ship high-impact features with minimal handoffs.

• Manage backlog and deliver a steady stream of high-value, incremental work to engineering. Collaborate closely on documentation, UX, and technical feasibility. Focus on outcomes over output.

• Promote test-learn-optimize practices in collaboration with engineers

• Define leading metrics and KPIs. Increase visibility, measure progress, and drive decisions that improve business outcomes (revenue, efficiency, customer value).

• Build and improve reusable processes and tools to help the technology group scale and deliver at pace with quality.

• Hire, develop, and retain top product talent. Build a small high-performing product organization and strong product culture

• Mentor and coach other PMs. Promote test-learn-optimize mindset, data-driven decisions, reusable processes, and collaborative (no-ego) culture.

About You:

• Hands-on experience shipping features on comparison/review sites

• Built or scaled affiliate-driven products with strong focus on SEO, content, personalisation, and lead quality

• Deeply understands the user journey from search → comparison → conversion

• Worked in fast-paced, data-led environments where discovery, experimentation, and quick iteration are the norm

• Can immediately embed with our cross-functional squads and deliver joint ownership of outcomes

• You thrive when working as part of a team

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent written and verbal English skills

• Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
