Lead Product Designer - Zecure Gaming

We’re looking for a talented Lead Product Designer to join our Product Design team and help shape the future of our Rizk, Inkabet, and Guts brands, among others in the Zecure portfolio.

The Wow

In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the design quality and user experience outcomes for a defined product domain. You’ll ensure our products are intuitive, thoughtfully crafted, and deliver real value to our users. You’ll play a key role in fostering an insights-led design culture, embedding research and data into how decisions are made.This is a hands-on individual contributor role, with responsibility for leading and mentoring one or more designers. You’ll balance deep design craft with strategic influence, cross-functional leadership, and people development.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Own design quality and UX outcomes for a defined product or domain across multiple brands

• Actively contribute hands-on to design delivery, from discovery and concepting through to final execution

• Apply user-centred design principles to solve complex product problems across mobile, desktop, and app experiences

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions, define trade-offs, and influence product direction through design-led insights

• Contribute to product discovery and roadmap discussions by translating user needs, research findings, and data into actionable design opportunities

• Define and validate design solutions using qualitative and quantitative research, working closely with the Central Product Experience team

• Map, research, and analyse end-to-end user journeys to identify friction, opportunities, and measurable improvements

• Champion design quality, accessibility, and consistency, contributing to shared patterns, standards, and systems

• Benchmark product and experience quality against competitors and industry best practices

• Clearly present design work, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders, building alignment and confidence in design decisions

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new designers

• Lead, coach, and mentor designers through regular feedback, goal-setting, and development conversations

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team environment that supports learning and growth

• Work with your manager to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with company, department, and team goals

• Take accountability for the quality, consistency, and impact of your team’s design output, driving continuous improvement in outcomes such as usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction

• Produce and present wireframes, user flows and prototypes to guide design and inspire the wider organisation.

• Continuously review the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in product design, UX, or closely related roles

• Designing responsive experiences across mobile, desktop, and native apps

• Working effectively in lean, agile, cross-functional environments

• Leading design initiatives or partnering with Design Managers to shape product strategy and feature rationale

• Using research, data, and insights to inform and validate design decisions

• Communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing

• Previous experience mentoring or managing designers (preferred, but not essential)
