About Incard
Incard’s mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs.
We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer.
Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who obsesses over clarity, usability, and craft and who can turn complex financial and regulatory workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and the founding team to design core journeys across our platform, from onboarding and payments to analytics, cards, and AI-powered insights used daily by thousands of digital businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, wants high ownership, and cares deeply about both strategy and pixel-level execution.
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end design across key product areas: onboarding, payments, transactions, card management, insights and dashboards
• Translate complex financial, technical, and compliance constraints into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Partner with product and engineering from discovery to delivery — shaping product direction through research, data, and experimentation
• Design, iterate, and ship features within a cross-functional squad alongside engineers and product owners
• Contribute to and evolve Incard’s design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across surfaces
• Raise the bar for interaction design, visual quality, and overall product craft
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in product/UI/UX design, with ownership over major product areas
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components, variants, and systematic design
• Excellent visual and interaction design fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion)
• Experience designing micro-interactions and motion using tools like Framer, Principle, Lottie, or similar
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers in fast-paced environments
• Clear and structured handover practices using Figma Dev Mode, annotations, and specs
• Ability to make informed design decisions through competitive analysis and limited research
• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate ideas, rationale, and trade-offs clearly
Benefits:
• Competitive cash-based compensation
• Incard stock options
• 25 days of paid time off per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
• Global health insurance and unlimited paid sick leave
