DNA.inc is looking for a Lead Product Designer to partner with design, product, and engineering stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions for one of our marquee clients, a category-leading provider of cloud-based CRM solutions.

About the job

In this position, you’ll join a team of up to 5-6 diverse, international designers to play a crucial role at one of DNA.inc’s cornerstone clients. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our client’s key stakeholders to understand their priorities, drive their long-term vision, and launch strategic initiatives across web and mobile channels. You’ll showcase your expertise and seniority through hands-on contributions, setting the bar for your team members through your conduct, actions and deliverables.

As a Lead Product Designer at DNA.inc, we expect you to contribute in these key areas:

Strategic Leadership

Partner with stakeholders as point of contact

Shape iterative, collaborative design processes

Facilitate workshops and ensure buy-in

Help evolve DNA.inc's design practice

Design Execution

Immerse yourself in research, strategy, and domain

Clarify goals, requirements, and scope

Shape and iterate design direction

Ensure validated, high-quality deliverables

Team Development

Lead through doing, setting standards by example

Mentor and guide the work of other designers

Continuously incorporate feedback

About you

To be considered a candidate for this position, we’re looking for:

An extensive track record (8+ years) of hands-on web and mobile product design experience for large, complex platforms.

Demonstrable experience leading/guiding designers and managing client stakeholders independently.

A customer-centric approach to complex problem-solving.

Strong ability to articulate design decisions with an iterative mentality.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Clear, empathetic writing and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility to work in the European Union without sponsorship or restrictions

Experience with motion, 3D design and/or designing for other platforms is a plus (e.g., Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Smart TV, set-top boxes, game consoles).

Important to note: to be considered for this position you must be comfortable working with a US-based client. This typically involves some meetings scheduled to accommodate US working hours.
