We're looking for are holistic product designers who:

- Sweat the craft — interaction design, motion, micro-details.

- Are fluent in design systems and know how to evolve them thoughtfully.

- Are strong prototypers.

- Have a sharp eye for visual polish and art direction.

- Think in flows, states, and behaviors — not just pages.

- Collab with PROD and ENG - distill requirements from cross-functional teams to drive your designs.

- They lead their design area but not other people or teams.

- Need to be able to communicate directly and clearly with the client in English.

- Own their area as an embedded designer on the PP team.
