Lead Product Content Specialist
Lead Product Content Specialist is primarily responsible for rapid, comprehensive & accurate deployment
of Content onto Target.com to ensure elevated guest experience, as well as improve content KPI’s such as traffic, engagement and SEO. The lead specialist will also be responsible to derive and report out content health across all assets in Target.com, increase content coverage and resolve guest feedback/data quality issues related to product content and identify ways to implement sustainable processes in place for better guest experience.
As a lead product content specialist you will,
· Work with relevant partners to review, approve and manage content assets for Target.com within defined SLAs
· Monitor and allocate content tasks on a da-to-day basis, publish dashboards on inflow/capacity/productivity on a weekly/monthly basis
· Deliver end goal of vastly improving target.com product content coverage and conversion in order to enhance the Target Guest’s multichannel experience
· Govern accuracy of content on Target.com
· Provide content support during key promotional times of the year, i.e.: Peak season, brand launches, at times includes working non-standard hours and holidays
· Deliver content KPI’s to internal partners as required
· Analyze content metrics to determine the appropriate mix of data and content necessary to create robust and differentiated product detail pages by category
· Research and provide insights on content and market trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing to guests
· Co-lead content projects in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
· Four-year college degree with focus in business, marketing, editorial/creative, or related field preferred
· 2+ experience in digital/Item
· Strong execution skills, self-motivated, able to set work plans and prioritize
· Innovative and thought driven
· Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams
· Assertiveness and strong initiative to drive change

· The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
