This role sits within the Group Internal Audit function and leads the Advisory and Process Excellence charter at an enterprise level. The position is responsible for shaping and delivering the process excellence agenda, providing advisory support to Internal Audit teams across businesses, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive value-focused, thematic, and project-based reviews across key business areas such as supply chain, capital expenditure, projects, quality, commercial governance, and technology enablement.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the enterprise-wide process excellence strategy, frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits
• Ensure alignment with internal audit strategy, risk priorities, and business objectives
• Oversee and review process excellence engagements including scoping, execution approach, outcomes, and reporting
• Act as the final quality reviewer for recommendations and ensure adoption by process owners
• Partner with business leaders to articulate the value proposition of recommendations and improvement initiatives
• Identify cross-business themes, systemic issues, and root causes to generate enterprise-level insights
• Translate audit observations into actionable improvement narratives for senior leadership and audit committees
• Support implementation of technology solutions for Internal Audit and continuous control monitoring
• Drive business value by translating findings into measurable improvement commitments with clear ownership
• Strengthen internal audit processes by embedding process excellence thinking into audit plans
• Enable cross-business learning through benchmarking and best-practice adoption
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 15+ years of experience across consulting, internal audit, process excellence, or business transformation
• Strong expertise in process optimization, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of technology and digital solutions to enable audit and process excellence
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of cost, time, and performance gaps
• Ability to translate technical and audit findings into business-relevant insights
• Hands-on experience in driving strategy from concept through execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXOs and leadership teams
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities
