THE BACKGROUND
Need for reinforcement
YOUR MISSION
• Design the Target Operating Model (TOM) for non‑EU External Office payments, ensuring alignment with standard processes and closing gaps.
• Develop and run a change‑management communication plan that engages stakeholders and prepares them for new processes, functionalities and systems.
• Conduct impact assessments, create communication material, coordinate training and provide operational updates.
• Update existing procedures and controls and draft new documentation where needed.
• Lead training and act as the primary Go‑Live contact, handling post‑implementation incidents.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to keep delivery on schedule and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Maintain a unified view of priorities and outcomes, ensuring timely sign‑offs, sprint inputs and backlog refinement.
• Oversee the transition from the former to the new external service provider, facilitating engagement and identifying risk or control gaps.
• Monitor project progress, deliver regular status reports and propose corrective actions when required.
