Lead Power BI Specialust

A large international organisation seeks a Lead Power BI Specialist to play a key role in solving complex reporting challenges and enhancing its enterprise wide business intelligence function.

Based in Malaga, Spain, in a flat structure and with global scope, the role will be the bridge between the core source systems SAP S/4HANA and the Power BI reporting solution. And should be an expert in accessing data within SAP data tables and views as well capable of creating large enterprise complex models and ideally be able to modify in cloud environment.

The role will be cross functional and benefit from hybrid working. It will be hands-on technical, but there will be significant career growth opportunities, potentially into management.

Candidate experience requirements include:
6 plus years working with SAP S/4Hana data sets, SAP base tables and complex models, plus demonstrate knowledge of filters and flags.

Experience with Power BI within a large enterprise environment, with very large data models, ideally leveraging advanced features such as XMLA endpoints and composite models.

Knowledge of Tabular Editor 3 or something similar will be beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Professional level in English as a essential, Spanish, French and/or German language is beneficial.
