Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing leader to build and scale the affiliate and partnerships growth channel for Paytm Money. This role will own the end-to-end affiliate charter across mutual funds, equities, and derivatives, driving high-quality user acquisition through publishers, partners, and performance networks. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in affiliate ecosystems—especially within broking, fintech, or wealth platforms—and will focus on scaling this channel efficiently with strong ROI and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy & Channel Ownership: Own and drive the affiliate marketing strategy across all investment products.
Build a scalable affiliate engine leveraging networks, direct publishers, and strategic partnerships. Manage budgets, payouts, and ROI.
Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Building: Onboard and manage affiliate partners including content platforms, fintech aggregators, influencers, and broker comparison platforms. Build strong publisher relationships and unlock new partnerships.
User Acquisition & Quality Control: Drive high-quality acquisition (demat accounts, SIPs, active traders) while monitoring traffic quality, conversion rates, and fraud. Ensure alignment with long-term LTV and retention
Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch and optimize campaigns across partners. Improve creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Continuously refine commission structures and incentives.
Data & Performance Analytics: Track performance using attribution tools. Monitor CAC, conversion, activation, and ROI. Identify funnel gaps and optimize continuously.
Product & Growth Collaboration: Work with Product and Growth teams to improve landing pages and onboarding journeys. Align campaigns with launches and offers.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines in financial services. Monitor and prevent fraudulent traffic. Maintain transparency in partner engagements.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and present insights to leadership. Build and scale the affiliate function.

Key KRAs / Success Metrics
User acquisition via affiliates (demat accounts, SIP registrations, traders), CPA and ROI, conversion rates (click to KYC to activation), activation metrics (first trade, SIP setup), traffic quality and fraud control, and overall contribution of affiliate channel to growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
8–12+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing. Strong background in broking, fintech, or wealth platforms. Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels.
Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems and attribution tools.
Experience managing large-scale publisher partnerships.
