Lead Performance Engineer (EB1002)

IDEALFORCE has multiple  Full Time  positions available immediately for Lead Performance Engineers to join our customer in Austin, TX/ San Jose, CA. Client will sponsor H1B if required. There will be initial phone screening followed by a day long in-person interview that involves whiteboarding and coding test. Client is also open to the idea of this person

Client looking for an outstanding lead performance engineer to help engineer and maintain their test automation framework. Exceptional problem solving abilities will be critical for success. The successful candidate will:
- Provide technical guidance to other software engineers
- Drive architectural and implementation enhancements
- Employ technical expertise to help team members overcome technical problems
- Create test scripts & data load files
- Consolidate test data and provide test reports
- Investigate test results and assist teams with troubleshooting
- Develop unit and system level tests within an automation framework
- Adhere to release/project schedule and milestones
- Demonstrate total ownership of a product from inception to end of life
- Participate actively in team and company-wide architecture discussions

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field is required and an advanced technical degree is preferred.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Strong in Data Structures.
-PHP skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
