Provide critical emergency medical care while leading a high-performing EMS team in a fast-paced international healthcare environment. This role offers the opportunity to combine advanced paramedic practice, operational leadership, and emergency response coordination while supporting patients in a mission-driven clinical setting.

Position Overview
The EMT Paramedic Lead oversees on-site emergency medical services operations while delivering advanced pre-hospital and emergency care to patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This position plays a key role in emergency preparedness, clinical oversight, staff coordination, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational readiness.
Working closely with medical leadership, the EMT Paramedic Lead supports emergency response planning, supervises EMT personnel, and helps ensure compliance with clinical protocols, training standards, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily EMS operations, coordinate paramedic staffing coverage, and supervise EMT and paramedic personnel
• Respond to emergency calls, perform patient assessments, and deliver advanced life support and emergency medical interventions
• Administer emergency treatments including IV/IO access, medication administration, airway management, blood draws, and cardiac monitoring with ECG interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation, medical records, incident reporting, and EMS operational records
• Support development and implementation of emergency response plans in collaboration with safety, emergency management, and training teams
• Maintain EMS protocols and coordinate with the Medical Director regarding clinical guidance and medical oversight
• Monitor medical supply inventory and ensure operational readiness of equipment and resources
• Cross-train and provide support within clinic, emergency room, and inpatient care environments as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
• Current unrestricted U.S. Paramedic license with National Registry EMT-P certification required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Completion of an advanced trauma course such as PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, or equivalent
• Strong emergency response, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills in high-stress care environments
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to meet pre-deployment medical and physical requirements, including prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident Card required with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government MRPT security clearance
• Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months remaining validity and ability to relocate internationally for the duration of assignment
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working on a military installation or in a government-supported healthcare environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience within EMS or emergency medical operations
• Experience supporting emergency preparedness or response planning initiatives
