Job requirements:
• PL Management, analysis & knowledge sharing with Delivery Partners & Delivery managers Analysis of flash revenue and PL (forecast accuracy, Margin walks, Revenue walks); liaising with finance liaison with finance Forecasting, analysis of flash revenue, Margin improvement: Planning, modelling & program managing elevate at a vertical level and for critical accounts Margin walk preparation and helping on Margin improvement.
• Unbilled reduction Strategic financial outlook such as Shape of revenue, analysis of pipeline & its volatility etc. Facilitating monthly reviews of the portfolio financials and KPIs such as Onsite mix, Pyramid, Revenue mix etc.
• Prepare for Monthly & Quarterly leadership/ CXO level reviews – provide vertical level information Helping in driving vertical/practice level strategy and initiatives like – Learning & Development initiatives, Talent Engagement, Townhalls, internal communications Allocation Hygeine, resource onboarding, offboarding, BGC tracker, SOW Fieldglass, Beeline management (Account specific) Revenue acceleration strategy, Automation initiatives Bench Management, FRFs in system, Revenue leakage in collaboration with the PSC lead Right start for new initiatives Sales force hygiene, Codex hygiene, FRFs Standardization of processes across the portfolio Accounts Leadership Onboarding, end to end ramp up support, Maintain knowledge material repository
