We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's complex network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale enterprise network architectures
• Develop and maintain network security protocols, including firewall configurations and VPN technologies
• Manage routing and switching technologies to ensure efficient data flow across the network
• Implement and maintain cloud networking solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Conduct regular network performance assessments and implement optimization strategies
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with business objectives
• Mentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering their professional growth
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices
• Lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level networks
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification required; CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) preferred
• Extensive knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, firewall configuration, and VPN solutions
• Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Solid understanding of network security best practices and protocols
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, particularly Python and Ansible
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead complex network initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members (for Lead role)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
