Lead Network Engineer

Role

We’re hiring for Lead Network Implementation Engineers to drive delivery for a major JPMC APAC branch-site initiative. Leads will coordinate technical execution across workstreams (core, wireless, Cradlepoint), keep deployments moving, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.

Location: This role is based on-site in India.

Eligibility: Currently in Hyderabad or Bangalore / Willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution for assigned rollout waves / site groups

• Lead implementation planning, task sequencing, and readiness validation

• Act as primary escalation for troubleshooting and blocker removal

• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to maintain velocity

• Ensure documentation quality and consistent standards across engineers

• Mentor/guide engineers and ensure adherence to change/control processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise network engineering experience with rollout/refresh leadership exposure

• CCNA required (CCNP strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to lead technical delivery in multi-site programs

• Strong communication skills (able to run calls, drive action items, and align teams)

Nice to Have

• Wireless + edge familiarity (Cradlepoint/cellular, SD-WAN, branch architectures)

• Experience coordinating onboarding/ramp-up for large teams
