Lead Mobile Developer, relocation to Hamburg,Germany

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a tight-knit team (C#,Java) covering front and back-end development of one of Company’s upcoming mobile titles;
• Overall accountability for the maintenance and improvement of game systems;
• Defining the strategy and roadmap for the game’s technical development in conjunction with relevant stakeholders;
• Owning technical documentation and quality of the team’s output;
• Leading, mentoring, supporting and training developers in order to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Your Skills:

• Profound programming skills with best-practice knowledge and experience in system design and architecture;
• Extensive practical knowledge of C#, C++ or Java in a professional environment for 5+ years;
• Strong knowledge of mobile server / client / database / external module infrastructure;
• Successful experience with technologies such as Box2D, Cocos2D, Unity;
• Proven track record of delivering high quality mobile game projects
•  Flexible and pragmatic approach in a demanding live-game development environment;
• Rock-solid leadership skills;
• 3+ years in a Lead / Senior Development role;
• You are passionate about gaming.

Highly Desirable Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Java, PHP, CI deployment;
• You have a strong understanding of touch-driven mobile development, its concepts, challenges and best practices;
• Experience of developing 2D physics action games;
• Strong Technical English;
• Experienced in Agile game development.
