Job Description
Under general supervision, oversees daily operations of the front desk, supports managerial tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising employees, managing inventory and expenses, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily business operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Support training initiatives to meet performance objectives. Provide leadership and foster team building to enhance staff learning and performance. Offer coaching and corrective feedback to staff as needed.
Provide administrative support to the manager.
Prioritize tasks effectively. Manage staff workloads and provide assistance as needed. Fill in to redistribute workload as needed.
Recognize problems and resolve appropriately.
Oversee reservations for the Club, Conference Room, ect
May act as supervisor to include managing the facility while the Supervisor is out.
Uphold high standards of quality control and health and safety.
Perform other duties as requested
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong customer service, listening and problem-solving skills
Experience in relationship building with families of all ages and abilities
Ability to use computers and MS Office software including word processing and database software
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively with people
Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations and to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Ability to adjust schedule to meet company needs, may include occasional nights and weekends
Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma and equivalent
Two (2) years of related experience
Required Certifications:
Current CPR, AED, First Aid or ability to obtain within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
