Quick summary: We are seeking a Lead Media Buyer to own and scale Sintra’s paid social acquisition. Your goal is to help more small businesses discover Sintra by turning paid channels into a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about owning budgets, unlocking scale, and building systems that consistently bring in high-intent customers.

What you'll do

• Own paid social strategy and execution, primarily on Meta, with exposure to TikTok / AppLovin

• Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize impact

• Decide when to scale, pause, or reallocate spend based on performance

• Unlock and manage scale, taking campaigns from early traction to meaningful volume

• Partner with creative to form hypotheses, test new angles and avatars, and turn learnings into repeatable systems

• Own performance across the full acquisition funnel and clearly communicate results

(Google Ads experience is a plus, but this role is primarily paid social–focused.)

‍Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in performance media buying
(We’re open to fewer years if you’ve managed large budgets or successfully scaled spend, e.g. unlocking growth from ~€30k/day to €100k+/day.)

• Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns

• Strong judgment around budget allocation and prioritization

• Deep understanding of creative-driven performance in paid social

• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability

• Clear communicator with a builder mindset

Salary range: €4,000-6,000/month gross, depending on experience.
