We are seeking a full-time, highly organized Lead Manager EVA to support the operations of one of our real estate clients!
This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing lead management processes within the REsimpli CRM. The Lead Manager EVA will work closely with the CEO to oversee the sales pipeline, ensure timely lead follow-up, maintain accurate CRM data, and identify gaps or inefficiencies in the process. The role will also support the development of SOPs and documentation to transition the business from informal tracking to more structured, scalable systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator capable of optimizing CRM workflows to ensure no leads are neglected.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM and Lead Management
• Manage the sales pipeline and monitor lead activity within REsimpli
• Ensure leads are being moved through the system effectively and identify areas where activity is stalling
• Assist in implementing and optimizing REsimpli features to ensure the platform is used to its full capability
• Conduct skip tracing to obtain updated contact information for leads when needed.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and update lead statuses accordingly.
• Pull weekly reports from the dashboard
Accounting and Bookkeeping Support
• Assist with administrative and financial tasks specifically related to property closings
• Record income in QuickBooks
• Prepare basic monthly financial summaries
Process Documentation & General Admin
• Assist in creating SOPs and documenting internal business processes where none currently exist
• Act as a central point of contact for administrative needs and general project support
Requirements:
• Experience with REsimpli (Highly Preferred)
• Strong background in Lead Management and managing sales pipelines (Highly Preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Ability to create SOPs and process documentation
• Comfortable handling and maintaining organized records; open to training in bookkeeping processes
• High level of decision-making and analytical ability
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills
• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
