We provide these services in multiple computing environments and use technologies such as client/server architecture, object-oriented programming languages and tools, distributed database management systems, state-of-the-art networking, and communications infrastructures. Technical Skill :-

• 9+ years in J2EE

• 2+ years as a Tech lead
• J2EE, Spring, Struts, Web Services, Wicket framework
• Awareness of latest frameworks like Angular JS is preferred
• Mobile development experience would be a plus
• Understand customer requirements quickly and translate into technical solutions independently
• Articulate the technical solution/architecture and lead the technical team to deliver the technical solutions
• Mentor other members of the team on required technologies as needed
• Work with business team to come up with technical solutions
• Proactive and self-driven approach to getting things done
• Ready to learn new technologies and implement fast paced concepts
• Excellent communication skills, communication with remote team members including San Antonio and overseas
• Proactive and result driven individual
• Experience with customer facing engagements and leading technical teams

• Good comm skills are a big priority
• Duration: 12+ Months
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
