About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Systems Lead to support and improve our Oracle ERP Supply Chain applications. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, guide users, manage system upgrades, and support ongoing projects that enhance supply chain operations.
What You’ll Do:
Support and manage Oracle ERP modules like Inventory, Warehouse Management, iProcurement, and Mobile Supply Chain
Troubleshoot system issues and assist end users with resolutions
Help align ERP system features with business goals and supply chain processes
Create documentation for system improvements and enhancements
Collaborate with IT to build, test, and roll out software updates
Write and maintain SQL reports and data extracts
Train and support business users with best practices and system use
Contribute to SOX/audit processes with configuration and reporting support
Improve support procedures and automate where possible
Participate in cross-functional development projects
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
5+ years experience working with Oracle ERP systems (EBS, MSCA, iProcurement, Inventory, WMS, etc.)
Background in inventory, warehousing, procurement, or purchasing operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Access knowledge is a plus
Strong SQL skills for building complex queries and reports
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
