About Wing Assistant
Wing Assistant is the world’s first on-demand B2B concierge service, redefining the "Future of Work" by connecting innovative companies with top-tier global talent. While we started with administrative support, we have rapidly evolved into a comprehensive talent solution. Whether our clients need specialized technical help, creative marketing minds, or operational experts—if they need support, we provide the highest quality candidates to deliver it.
At our core, we are a tech-enabled platform that combines a sophisticated software experience with elite human intelligence. We serve a wide variety of industries, helping startups and established enterprises alike offload recurring work so they can focus on high-level growth.
Role Overview
As the Lead Interior Designer, you will serve as the creative and technical bridge between architectural concepts and finished, market-ready luxury spaces. You will lead the design and execution of comprehensive interior packages for high-end residential estates and multifamily developments.
This is an embedded role where you will be staffed through Wing Assistant and deployed directly to our client’s in-house development team. Your goal is to deliver "elevated livability"—interiors that are visually stunning, operationally efficient, and strictly aligned with buildability and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Leadership & Strategy
•
Concept Translation: Transform architectural blueprints into cohesive interior design narratives for luxury lobbies, amenities, and residential units.
•
Market-Ready Design: Ensure all designs align with current luxury market trends in the international standards to drive sales velocity.
•
Standardization: Develop design standards and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) specifications that can be scaled across multifamily projects without losing a bespoke feel.
2. Technical Execution & Buildability
•
Plan Review: Audit architectural, MEPF, and structural plans to ensure interior layouts are technically feasible and "buildable."
•
Detailed Documentation: Oversee the production of comprehensive construction drawing sets, including floor patterns, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), cabinetry details, and material schedules.
•
Value Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs through material alternatives or construction methods without compromising the luxury aesthetic.
3. Project & Procurement Management
•
Budget Oversight: Design strictly within the client’s CAPEX targets; provide accurate cost estimates for interior finishes and FF&E.
•
Vendor & Material Sourcing: curate a library of high-end suppliers and contractors. Evaluate material samples for durability, lead times, and luxury appeal.
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interior design point of contact for architects, engineers, and the client’s marketing/sales teams.
Required Qualifications
•
Experience: Minimum of 10–12+ years in interior design, with at least 5 years leading luxury residential or large-scale multifamily projects.
•
Education: Licensed Interior Designer (IDr) or Architect with a heavy interior specialization.
•
Portfolio: A proven track record of "high-end" completions. We are looking for sophisticated palettes, technical precision, and a deep understanding of luxury materiality (stone, millwork, lighting).
•
Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp/V-Ray or 3ds Max. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation decks is a must.
•
Remote Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Since this is a remote role, you must be an expert at "presenting the vision" via Zoom/Teams and managing digital workflows (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₱120,000 – ₱160,000 / month
Experience Level: Lead / Expert (10+ Years)
