Pay range: $45-$55 an hour with base pay, commission and tips

The Role
As the Lead Nurse, you do everything our incredible nursing team does—and more. You are the clinical heartbeat of the studio and the primary mentor for our nursing staff. You aren't just managing tasks; you are coaching "service-sales" excellence and ensuring our high-energy culture is maintained across every shift. You will partner directly with studio managers to lead the team to victory, ensuring we provide an unparalleled experience for every member.
Leadership & Management Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding: Play a key role in identifying and bringing on new talent who share our passion for fitness and hospitality.
Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct regular 1-on-1s with the nursing team to help them sharpen their clinical skills and their ability to connect with and recommend wellness solutions to members.
Strategic Planning: Participate in high-level meetings with studio managers to align clinical operations with business growth goals.
Schedule Ownership: Manage the nursing schedule with precision. You are the backstop for the team—while rare, you are the leader who steps in to cover shifts in cases of emergency or call-outs to ensure our community never misses a beat.
Clinical & Sales Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Maintain a floor presence, delivering elite IV Drip Therapy and IM Shots while demonstrating what "assertive service" looks like in practice.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of safety, medical clearance, and clinical excellence are met by the entire team.
Revenue Advocacy: Use your expertise to boldly recommend protocols that will truly help members reach their peak performance.

This is a full time position rotating between the Boise and Meridian Restore locations.
Store hours are:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
Weekend shifts are: Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm + Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm
(4 weekend shifts a month availability is required, not guaranteed you will be scheduled weekend shifts)
Compensation begins at $40/hr as a Lead Nurse.. Our nurses also earn commissions and tips earning on average an extra $5-$15 an hour. Benefits for full and part time employees include free and discounted products and services in the store. Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.
Lead IV RN Primary Responsibilities:
Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections
Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants
Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
Documenting client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records
Ability to excel in a multitasking environment
Assisting staff with store services
Participating in occasional off-site nursing events as needed

Excellent customer service and ability to create a service oriented experience for the clients
Training new nurses and helping with continuing education.
Holding 1 on 1 s with nurses and coaching them up
Schedule accountability and responsibility
Hours of Operation:
Generally a 7-9 hour shift
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 11am - 5pm
Nurses, Estis and most team members can be expected to work the full shift by coming in 30 minutes prior and leaving an average of 30 minutes after close.
With the front desk team we do early outs and late starts.
With nurses they can sometimes be cut between 3:30- 6:30
Mandatory Registered Nurse Requirements:
Valid State of Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license
Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - training will not be completed without being able to pass the IV skills assessment and review.
Mandatory 1+ years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, PRE-OP or similar).
Understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
