This isn’t just about keeping the lights on. It’s about setting the direction, building scalable systems, and being the hands-on coach who leads from the front. You’ll be part of our infrastructure team, playing a vital role as a partner to our development teams and the wider organization—helping us build, run, and secure everything we ship.

What You’ll Do::
• Lead our infrastructure strategy—from architecture to execution.
• Own the shift from VMs to containers—you’ll drive the move to a modern, containerized stack (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), setting up environments and rolling out best practices.
• Help us build efficient, scalable processes to manage both on-prem and cloud resources.
• Partner closely with software development teams to ensure our infrastructure supports and accelerates product delivery.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure consistency and automation.
• Contribute to and maintain disaster recovery plans, high availability strategies, and incident response procedures.
• Define and execute our infrastructure roadmap, including automation, monitoring, networking, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot and support network and platform issues, working shoulder to shoulder with the team.
• Be a hands-on leader—not just setting direction, but building alongside the team.

What We’re Looking For::
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (1000+ end users).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-prem environments.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Strong grasp of network management, automation, security, and CI/CD.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and enabling DevOps practices.
• You’re a collaborative leader and team player—someone who can guide, mentor, and build trust across teams.
