Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to lead high-end residential new construction projects? R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is seeking skilled Lead HVAC Installers to support our continued growth in the Tampa and Clearwater areas.

This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, leadership, and delivering clean, efficient installations on custom homes.

What You’ll Do

Perform rough ins, trims, punch outs, and system start ups

Install complete HVAC systems including duct board and flex duct

Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Maintain clean, professional job sites and organized company vehicles

Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship

Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and internal teams

Lead and mentor installers when overseeing a crew

What You Bring

3 or more years of residential new construction HVAC installation experience

Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices

Ability to read and follow blueprints

Ownership of required tools

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Leadership skills and a team first mindset
