Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Representative to join our team on a freelance, remote basis. As a Lead Generation Representative at Liberty Music PR, you will be responsible for providing warm leads to our A&R Sales team, helping us connect with talented musicians. A passion for music is essential, and familiarity with the music industry is preferred but not necessary. Your role will be crucial in initiating and nurturing long-term relationships with the artists we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads - Identify new artists for representation using platforms such as Spotify, Google, YouTube, social media, and our contact finder app.
• CRM Management - Add and maintain leads in the CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Initial Pitch - Set up and execute initial pitches for artists using our pitch deck.
• Artist Liaison - Serve as a point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process when needed.
• Sales Coordination - Collaborate with Sales team members to provide leads and report to management. Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Relationship Building - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with artists.
• Continuous Learning - Educate yourself on press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok strategies for artists.
• Record Keeping - Maintain organized and detailed records of artist contacts, leads, and statuses.
