Lead Generator - IT Services

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Lead Generator - IT Services to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads that will contribute to our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new potential clients and market opportunities within the IT services sector.
• Utilise various tools and platforms to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their suitability for our services.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support follow-up communications and identify next steps for lead conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Lead Generator or similar role within the IT services industry.
• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to identify potential clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• A team player, capable of working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
• Basic understanding of IT services and how they can benefit businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
