Role: Lead Generations Specialist

Monthly Rate: $650

Availability: Part-time 20 hours/week

Requirements:
Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

-Build a comprehensive list of every staffing agency in France and Germany

-Find and verify contact details (email, website, forms, any relevant contact channels)

-Prioritize agencies that could help source/organize French and German speakers for audio collection

-Use agency websites to submit forms and book meetings (no phone calls required)

-Support high-volume outreach to staffing agencies for the audio-data project

-Help coordinate and track responses and booked calls

-Use Apollo and other sources, but also do independent research beyond Apollo

-Organize leads clearly (e.g., spreadsheet with company name, country, contact info, notes)

Good to have:

-Experience with Apollo or similar prospecting tools

-Familiarity with European staffing/recruitment markets

-Prior experience supporting sales / outbound projects

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Ability to start immediately

-Strong research skills; must be able to independently find and compile accurate lead lists

-Comfortable with high volume, time sensitive work

-Must be okay doing non calling appointment setting (web form submissions, etc.)

-General web research, company websites, forms (no specific additional tools required)
