Buscamos un Lead Generation Specialist técnico para construir y validar bases de datos estratégicas utilizando herramientas de IA y automatización.
📍100% Remoto
🎯 Tu Misión: Construir listas de prospectos de alta precisión para campañas de Email Marketing, Meta y Google Ads, asegurando que cada dato esté verificado, enriquecido y libre de duplicados.
Lo que harás:
• List Building: Crear listas de cuentas y contactos objetivo (prospectos) para activación en frío y pagada.
• Data Enrichment: Validar detalles de empresas, firmografía y contactos clave.
• Market Research: Mapeo de segmentos, listas de competidores e investigación de mercado (TAM).
• AI Workflows: Usar herramientas de IA y flujos de automatización para acelerar la investigación y limpieza de datos.
• Data Hygiene: Entregar archivos CSV listos para usar, segmentados y enriquecidos.
¿Qué necesitas para triunfar?
• Sólida trayectoria en investigación de datos B2B y construcción de listas.
• Inglés avanzado
• Dominio de Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator o Clearbit.
• Manejo avanzado de Excel/Google Sheets y grandes volúmenes de CSV.
• Capacidad para crear prompts, flujos de automatización y estructurar información "sucia" en tablas limpias.
• Entender cómo funcionan las audiencias para subir listas a Meta y Google Ads.
