Head Hunter is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential client leads for our staffing solutions.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on researching and generating new business leads, utilizing various channels to engage with prospects and help build a robust sales pipeline for our team.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and build target lists of potential clients.
• Utilize social media, online tools, and databases to generate leads.
• Initiate contact through email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events.
• Qualify leads by asking insightful questions to determine their needs and fit.
• Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and passing along qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and results in our CRM system.
Requirements:
• atleast 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
