A motivated, professional, and results-driven Lead Generation Representative is needed to support outbound lead generation efforts within the real estate sector. This role is focused exclusively on proactive phone outreach for active property listings, identifying interested prospects, and setting appointments for real estate consultations.
The specialist will engage directly with potential buyers and sellers using structured scripts and training materials to ensure consistent messaging and accurate qualification. This role plays a critical part in building a strong lead pipeline and supporting real estate sales activity.
This position is ideal for a dependable sales professional who is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, can work independently in a remote environment, and is motivated by appointment-setting and lead generation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound cold calls related to active real estate listings.
Introduce properties and assess interest in buying or selling.
Qualify prospects using provided scripts and criteria.
Set appointments or generate warm leads for follow-up.
Maintain a confident, professional, and friendly phone presence.
Process Adherence & Lead Tracking
Follow approved call scripts, training materials, and outreach guidelines consistently.
Accurately document call outcomes, lead details, and follow-up actions in tracking systems or CRM tools.
Update lead status, notes, and contact information to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Meet call activity and quality expectations.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in onboarding and role-specific training.
Apply coaching feedback to improve call quality, objection handling, and qualification accuracy.
Support outreach goals by maintaining consistent call volume and performance standards.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
Previous experience in cold calling, sales development, or outbound lead generation preferred.
Real estate experience (residential, multifamily, or commercial) is strongly preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by appointment-setting results.
Tech-comfortable using dialers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Reliable home workspace, stable internet connection, and quality headset.
Working Environment:
Fully remote, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week).
