About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel business growth. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, connecting with potential customers, and laying the foundation for successful client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and business directories
Compile and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems
Analyze and qualify leads based on client criteria to ensure quality opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand target profiles
Continuously improve lead generation processes and data quality
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
Strong research and data-mining skills
Excellent written and spoken English (C1-level proficiency)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Available to work night shift
Based in the Philippines
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B lead generation or supporting fast-growing companies
Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools
