Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay.io, and other lead generation platforms
• Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICP), industries, roles, and geographies
• Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations
• Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
Data & CRM Management
• Enrich, validate, and maintain accurate lead data
• Keep lead records clean and up to date within CRM systems
• Track lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Provide regular reports on lead volume, lead quality, and campaign performance
Collaboration & Optimisation
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to align lead generation efforts with sales priorities
• Support smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team
• Continuously test and optimise messaging, targeting, and tools to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools in lead generation and outbound sales
