Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Night Shift (12:00am to 9:00am)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
This role will begin with full onsite work during onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Once you’re fully ramped, the position will move to a hybrid setup with (3) three days onsite per week.

About the Role
The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Leads team by driving lead qualification, appointment setting, and outbound prospecting efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with outreach, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing.
What You’ll Do
Support the Sales and Leads team across various stages of the sales process
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong sales opportunities
Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels
Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for the sales team
Assist in building and executing sales and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business goals
What We’re Looking For
B2B sales or lead generation experience is preferred
Open to fresh graduates with lead generation or sales-related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
