Requirements:
Your Impact
• Drive consistent customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Achieve defined Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets
• Identify, engage, and nurture high-quality prospects into long-term client relationships
• Act as a key link between client business needs and tailored service solutions
• Deliver market insights that inform strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Prospect Outreach
• Develop compelling outreach strategies and messaging to generate weekly MQLs and SQLs
• Independently engage prospects through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Build relationships with decision-makers and secure discovery meetings for the sales team
Lead Research & Generation
• Conduct in-depth research to identify and target potential leads across LinkedIn, industry platforms, professional networks, events, and tailored email campaigns
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
Target Ownership & Performance
• Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding assigned lead generation targets
• Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance metrics
Lead Qualification Framework
• Implement and follow a structured qualification process evaluating prospects based on business needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making authority
Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support business development strategies
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and broader business objectives
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Management
• Design and execute structured nurturing campaigns
• Deliver relevant content and timely follow-ups to move prospects effectively through the sales funnel
Qualifications & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or consulting within a services-driven or design-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of B2B buying behavior and decision-making processes
