We’re looking for a skilled Part-Time Lead Generation Management Specialist to support our client’s outreach efforts. This is not a managerial role—it’s a hands-on position focused on generating conversations, qualifying leads, and initiating strong prospect relationships.
If you have excellent English communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a natural ability to connect with people, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads (90% of the role is active calling).
• Engage prospects with an inviting, friendly, and non-abrasive communication style.
• Drive conversations confidently and keep prospects genuinely engaged.
• Generate, source, and qualify new leads based on target criteria.
• Persuade and influence prospects to continue conversations with the client’s principals.
• Add value to the current calling strategy by bringing complementary strengths.
• Document call outcomes and maintain accurate lead notes in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly lead-generation and outreach targets.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Near-perfect English communication skills (verbal clarity, tone, pacing).
• Warm, friendly, and natural conversational style—no scripts or robotic delivery.
• Strong persuasive communication skills while remaining respectful and professional.
• Demonstrated ability to get prospects to listen, engage, and stay on the call.
• Proven success in previous cold-calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation roles.
• Ability to confidently take charge of conversations and move them toward next steps.
• Experience that complements and strengthens the client’s existing outreach efforts.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working independently.
