We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in Pre-sales, Direct Sales, and B2B Sales. You will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities while closely collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market research
• Conduct initial pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements, budgets, and decision-making processes
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Develop and manage a consistent B2B sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
• Support direct sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients and presenting value propositions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries for lead conversion
• Conduct market research to identify new industries, business segments, and partnership opportunities
• Follow up persistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Assist in proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and preliminary negotiations when required
• Track and report lead generation metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Pre-sales, Direct Sales, or B2B Sales roles
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling approaches
• Proven track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and client engagement
• Ability to understand client pain points and align solutions effectively
• Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining structured sales pipelines
• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
