Lead Gardener – Grow With Us!

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Gardener to take ownership of our growing gardening division. This isn’t just a “show up and weed” job, this is a chance to lead, teach, and build something you’re proud of. You'll be setting the standard, elevating quality, and helping our clients fall in love with their landscapes all over again.

What You’ll Own:

Weekly garden bed weeding routes

Plant health care & detailed plant maintenance

Proper pruning (the right way, at the right time)

Designing and maintaining stunning seasonal color containers

What We’re Looking For:

Proven hands-on gardening experience

Strong plant knowledge (shrubs, perennials, ornamentals, seasonal annuals)

Pruning skills that make plants healthier and better looking

Leadership ability, someone who can train and inspire our enthusiastic, growing team

Pride in your work and attention to detail
