Lead Game Developer, relocation to Hamburg,Germany

Your responsibilities:

• Define and design software requirements and specifications in close collaboration with Game Designers and Artists;
• Feature and Task planning;
• Leading, mentoring and supporting your team;
• Owning technical documentation and quality of the team’s output;
• Ensure stability, scalability and performance of our game code.

Your skills, abilities and experience:

• Strong team and communication skills;
• Proactive and forward thinking;
• Ability to share and support project goals and vision;
• Cross team collaboration;
• Proven track record of delivering high quality, real-time online game projects in a lead role;
• Extensive practical knowledge of C# / C++ in a professional environment for 5+ years;
• Flexible and pragmatic approach in a demanding live-game development environment;
• 3+ years in a Lead Development role;
• Broad knowledge of realtime 3d game development related technologies (game engine architecture, AI, movement, graphics);
• Experience in Test Driven Development is a plus.
