We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect robust backend services while building high-quality, responsive frontend applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full stack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot/Spring MVC, and ReactJS
• Architect and develop robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable, high-quality React components
• Implement responsive and accessible UI designs ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Drive best practices in performance optimization, scalability, and application security
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code aligned with established coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Core Java
• Solid experience with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC frameworks
• Extensive hands-on expertise in ReactJS development
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of React concepts including state management, routing, and component lifecycle
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Jest
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and system architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with build tools such as Maven, Webpack, Vite, and npm
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
