Our customer's product is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses make better decisions and work more efficiently. It uses advanced analytics and machine learning to analyze large amounts of data and provide useful insights and predictions. The platform is widely used in various industries, including healthcare, to optimize processes, improve customer experiences, and support innovation. It integrates easily with existing systems, making it easier for teams to make quick, data-driven decisions to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong Python skills, including async/await, asyncio, type hints, Pydantic, SOLID principles, and SQLAlchemy.
• 3+ years of experience building user interfaces with React.js.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and microservices with FastAPI.
• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
• Kubernetes experience.
• Cloud experience, especially Azure (OpenAI, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
• Knowledge of data security and multi-tenant architectures.
• PySpark or Scala.
• Experience in cloud & supply chain management technologies such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop clean, async, well-structured code following best practices.
• Design and maintain multi-tenant systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs (Veeva Vault, Adobe PDF Services, OCR).
• Build and optimize React components for performance and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Ship high-quality features fast and keep improving them.
