Lead Front End Engineer

SouthTek Resources is searching for an accomplished Lead Front End Engineer to be responsible for leading the UI development of key components of our client’s proprietary solutions.

This person will be a key part of the team to make the next step in the technology direction and architectural robustness of t our client’s solution suite.

This is a high impact role and of critical importance with the company.

Lead Front End Engineer

• Experience as a Senior Front End Engineer to lead UI development using technologies such as AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related
• Solid general understanding of front end and back end components
• Sold understanding of RESTful web services consumes and how the back-end should provide the data
• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats
• Understanding of JavaScript toolkits and open source libraries to deliver creative and rich user experience
• Experience with responsive web design, browser compatibility and graceful degradation
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript without the use of frameworks or libraries like jQuery and knowledge of Winforms/WPF is a plus
