What you’ll do

• Be the key contact and business partner for the global Builders Org

• Own the financial planning, budgeting and holistic forecasting process

• Bring together the European and the Canadian Builders Org to form a one global Builders Org

• Conduct variance analyses and performance reviews to optimize financial steering

• Prepare regular financial dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses for business owners and partners generating superior insights to ensure fact-driven decision making

• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency

• Connect with business partners across the organisation to collate and validate data

What you should bring

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A/Controlling within in a highly professional, fast-paced and international environment

• High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business

• Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge particularly MS Excel with the ability to develop intricate models based on large volumes of data. MS PowerQuery & PowerPivot or similar tools is a strong plus

• Ability to seamlessly switch flight levels from in-depth analysis to senior management communication

• Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and impeccable quality of analyses

• High level of commitment and trustworthiness

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with senior management

• Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
