Lead Extrusion Manufacturing Team Leader

This is an opportunity to play a key part in a a major investment project which will see the delivery of a multi-million pound automated extrusion plant. As Lead Extrusion Manufacturing Team Leader you will lead the planning and coordination of the new Extrusion operating equipment, working with production, engineering and quality teams to improve working environment and product throughput. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day production output, managing a small team of employees.

EXPERIENCE

Must be self-directed, self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Experienced at analysing manufacturing, quality and process information, making decisions and solving problems.

Able to analyse the company's manufacturing activities to provide and implement recommendations to reduce cost, improve material flows and reduce cycle times.
