We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to drive cab solutions development and workload planning for our engineering group. This is a dual-role position combining technical leadership with strategic planning responsibilities, directly impacting our defense vehicle projects from concept to industrialization.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cab design or similar automotive domains

• Extensive knowledge of cab design engineering, including sheet metal and plastics

• Strong experience with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or Catia, and PDM systems

• Experience and interest in planning and connected tools is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish
