Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to join our Product & Engineering Team in Berlin. This role is for someone who has spent years building and scaling production systems and is now focused on leading teams, setting technical direction, and making sound engineering decisions that support the business long term.

GO2 Markets builds platforms that enable the global trading of environmental products and supports organizations in developing sustainability strategies. Engineering is central to how the company operates, and this role owns both the quality of what we build and how we build it.

As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction of our core products, the effectiveness of our engineering practices, and the growth of the team. You will remain close to the code where it matters, but your primary impact will come from architecture, standards, prioritization, and mentorship rather than individual output alone.

This is a full-time, Berlin-based role with an immediate start.
