Position Overview:

As a Lead Engineer for Development at Corestrat, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Python developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a must.
• Good to have knowledge of front-end technologies like React and back-end technologies like Go.
• Familiarity with design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
