About VML MAP Agentic Transformation Group At VML MAP, we are investing in the
future by leading the way in agentic AI development. Over the past year, we've built the VML
MAP Agentic Transformation Group—a team focused on developing agentic AI solutions that
drive real business value for ourselves and our clients.

The Lab operates in three different streams:

Value Engineering: A product-centric function responsible for uncovering and designing
value-driven agentic AI opportunities that are feasible, viable, and deliverable.

Development: A best-in-class agentic development practice, focused on developing and
embedding robust multi-agent workflows within our clients' infrastructure.

Research: Focused on continuously screening the state-of-the-art across all aspects of
agentic tech (e.g., multi-agent frameworks, LLMs, tooling, verification methods), adopting
the puzzle pieces, and innovating to develop proprietary tech as needed.

What will your day look like?

As part of the Agentic Transformation Group, you will be:

• Designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing intelligent AI agents that meet project objectives while adhering to all business and technical constraints.

• Owning the end-to-end infrastructure needed to deploy, orchestrate, and scale multi[1]agent crews across both cloud and on-prem environments — making key architectural decisions along the way.

• Staying up to date with AI advancements, integrating new techniques into our practice, and creating new capabilities when the state-of-the-art falls short.

• Developing methods and tools for continuously testing our agents and ensuring they perform efficiently, remain aligned, and maintain robustness under diverse conditions.

• Collaborating with — and at times leading — fellow engineers, data scientists, business architects, and value engineers to design and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Contributing to engineering standards, best practices, and technical direction across the group.

Who are you going to work with?

You will join the agentic lab team of talented ai professionals based in Copenhagen and London. The team is made up of engineers, architects, consultants and product owners.

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude and the technical maturity to own complex, multi-component system architectures end-to-end

• Strong programming skills in Python, with a proven track record of designing and shipping production-grade backend systems, data pipelines, or machine learning architectures.

• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control

• Testing, CI/CD, system observability, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Significant experience developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications at scale (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical designs for multi-component systems — and to communicate those designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience making architectural trade-off decisions and owning the technical outcomes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in cross-functional, global teams. Comfortable mentoring junior engineers.

Nice to have (The ai edge)

• Hands-on experience using open-weight and/or closed LLMs in production or near[1]production settings.

• Experience with modern agentic technologies (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI,AutoGen) and agentic protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A).

• Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and embedding-based architectures
